Social impact
The Futur Composé group has been combining its development strategy with its social impact for seven years in Normandy and soon throughout France.
Jobs, accessibility
- We train dozens of job seekers each year, lead them to employment and help them gain self-esteem by providing current digital skills.
- We train for digital jobs at the sub-baccalaureate level, making digital jobs accessible to all, not only computer engineers (3 courses with the "Grande École du Numérique" label).
- We organize training sessions accessible to (and dedicated to) people with disabilities, with a 60% return to the employment rate.
- We fight against illiteracy through various regional and national partnerships.
diversity & Parity
- We promote the integration of women in the digital sector and support regional initiatives (Wi-Filles, Digit'Elles).
- We allow, through the LEWE project, access to regular and unlimited training. Thus offering his wives the choice of a professional orientation.
- We make information on their fundamental rights accessible to young African women.
Youth and education
- We are committed to the #1Jeune1Solution state plan, training and recruiting apprentices
- We have created a MakerShop as an online store to allow many people to try digital, electronic, and computer technologies.
- We offer creative workshops during school vacations so that the youngest can discover the jobs of tomorrow.
- Schools can obtain educational licenses for our Micro and Mobile Learning technology to train young people to use digital/office automation.
- We have opened the way for "no-code" courses in primary and secondary schools in Normandy.
Build the future
together
- We have launched a Learning Lab, enabling the emergence of new professions through the correlation of digital and training actors.
- We are launching apprenticeships in the most advanced fields (often unknown to companies) such as Cybersecurity, Data Science, or Artificial Intelligence (AI).
- We are investing heavily in Artificial Intelligence for training to offer it to everyone.
- We are launching a European experiment to deploy our uses throughout French-speaking countries quickly.
The story behind the idea
We were born in an associative environment. We were structured as a cooperative society of collective interest (SCIC) and grew into a SAS (simplified shareholding company). We are now evolving as a group (holding with3 subsidiaries + resource buildings).
